Please follow these steps to download and install the Debt-Pro software. Step 1. Call or write to us to find out what the latest passwords of the various download files are. Once you have secured the correct password, choose the appropriate language and Debt-Pro module you want to download from the table below. Step 2. Click on the appropriate link to start the downloading. Record the location where you store the downloaded file. To ensure the file is fully downloaded, make sure that it has the correct size as displayed in the table. Step 3. Double click on the downloaded file to start the installation procedure. If your computer is normally protected/restricted (i.e. you are not authorized to install new software on your computer), be sure to obtain this permission temporarily before you begin with the installation process. The installation program needs to access and revise the registry of your computer. If these tasks cannot be done, the installation will not succeed. Step 4. During the installation, follow the instructions given by the installation program. Be sure to choose a directory for installing the software where you have full read and write access privileges. Otherwise, your software will not operate properly. Step 5. At the end of the installation process, you will be given a "site key" and asked for an activation code. Record this key and send it to us either through email or by phone. Based on this key, IDM will generate a license for you (i.e. an "activation code"). After you enter this code into the license window of your Debt-Pro software, you will be able to access and use the software.
